- We’ll email you all the details about SmartPay+ and contact you again to confirm your meter update.
- Just log back into your app to access your SmartPay+ features and insights.
- Reminder: Your meter balance will then be permanently set to €10. So you will only see your true live balance in your app.
- You’ll also receive a new customer card and account number in the post. Use this number or your registered mobile phone number for shop top-ups.
