Restore Power

There are three ways for Smart Pay customers to safely restore power to your property as quickly as possible, once you are in a positive balance:

There are multiple ways to restore your power immediately once you have bought a top up credit and are in a positive balance. Always remember to check it is safe to restore power before you do so.

  • The easiest way to restore power to your property, once you are back in a positive balance, is through our Mobile App. Once you have bought the required Top Up credit, you will see this screen asking you if you want to restore power as long as it is safe to do so. Simply click on the restore power option to do so.
  • Alternatively, you can call os on 0818 323 920 or chat with us online using the yellow chat button on the bottom right hand corner of this screen and we can restore power for you over the phone. Once again, you'll need to be in a positive credit balance and confirm that its safe for us to restore power to your property.
  • You can restore power directly on your meter by pressing the “A” button to wake up meter and then the “B” button to confirm.
  • If none of these options work, then we can, if necessary, have an Electrician call to your property on the same day.
  • Always make sure that it's safe for you to access your meter before doing so.
