Run out of credit and need to get the lights back on? Well let's get you sorted. Follow the steps below for detailed instructions on how to restore power to your meter.
Step 1: In your app, either Top Up or activate Emergency Credit if available. Don't have the app? Click here to download.
Step 2: Once you Top Up or Activate Emergency Credit, you'll be given the option to 'Restore Power'
Step 3: Confirm that its safe to Restore Power
Step 4: You'll get confirmation that we'll Restore Power shortly
Emergency Credit
Has to be fully repaid before it can be activated again.
