Advance Credit Requests

Requesting Advance Credit from PrepayPower is as easy as 1-2-3.

What is Advance Credit?

Advance Credit is a credit allowance you can request (see form) directly from us. Instead of paying immediately, you repay the Advance Credit gradually from future top-ups.

You can request any top-up amount from €5 to €30 and choose a Payback rate between 10% and 25%.

The Payback rate (%) gets deducted from the value of later top-ups until you’ve repaid the Advance Credit in full.

Advance Credit Example

  • You submit a form request for €20 Advance Credit with a Payback rate of 25%.

  • We then send you an SMS to confirm we’ve added the Advance Credit to your balance (usually within 24 hours).

  • You use this credit. And you decide to top up next by €20.

  • We deduct 25% of that amount (25% of €20 = €5) to pay down the owed Advance Credit.

  • You now owe €15 for Advance Credit, and the remaining €15 from the top-up is added to your account balance.

Note: If you’re a Classic Pay customer, we’ll send you an SMS with an Advance Credit top-up code.

Terms and conditions

  • We will not process your request if there is outstanding Advance Credit on your account.

  • You must repay Advance Credit from future top-ups at the Payback rate (%) you set.

  • You cannot apply for any other discretionary credit until you’ve fully repaid the Advance Credit.

Terms & Conditions
Customers cannot have any outstanding unpaid Advance Credit on their account to receive a new one. Advance Credit will be repaid from future Top Ups, at a percentage set by the customer. The minimum recoup percentage is 10% and the maximum recoup percentage is 25%.
