Please confirm that you are the person with responsibility for the services at this property and wish to be named on the Prepay Power account*

I understand that PrepayPower provides Pay-As-You-Go services, to keep the services supply on, the meter(s) needs to be kept topped up and I agree to waive my right to the disconnection moratorium. 

Are there any adults in the household over the age of 66? 

Does anyone in the property have any electrically powered medical or assistive equipment that they are dependent on, such as oxygen concentrators, personal suction machine, home dialysis, nebulisers, stair chair, electric hoist, household lift etc.? 

Is anyone in the house particularly at risk if the house becomes disconnected? 

Does anyone in the property face any limitations in hearing, mobility, or sight? For example, arthritis, wheelchair bound, paraplegic, quadriplegic, artificial limbs, blind, partially sighted, deaf, hard of hearing?

PrepayPower Oil: I agree for a member of the move-home team to phone me to complete my new PAYG OIL sign-up & account setup.

Please confirm that all the information that you have given is correct and that you are satisfied that our service is suitable for the needs of all occupants in the home? If your circumstances change, please give us a call as our service may no longer be suitable for you and your family. 

  • You have a 14-day cooling off period from the date of sign up which is today. Should you wish to cancel you may do so by calling us
  • This agreement is subject to a 12 month initial period. Should you wish to terminate the agreement before this time or after the 14-day cooling off period you will incur fees which include recovery of the starter credit on a pro rata basis. After 12 months just provide us with 30 days’ notice of termination.
  • Please allow access for ESB Networks (ESBN) to read your ESBN meter. We will not issue you a standard bi-monthly bill, however you will receive an annual statement. In certain unusual circumstances, where there is a difference in usage recorded by the ESBN meter and the PAYG meter, you may be liable for the difference. We will write to you to inform you of this. Providing us with an ESB meter reading usually resolves the issue. 
  • We will send you a welcome pack, a new top-up card & an annual statement for all your PrepayPower services
