How do I arrange to transfer the account from the old tenant to the new tenant?

To arrange transfer to a new tenant please call us on 1800 844 784. We will issue a new welcome pack with top up cards for the new customers.

My previous tenant had with a PrePay Power meter installed in my property. What do I need to do?

There should be a main grey meter installed beside your fuse board and a keypad. There are two types of keypad: one is a plug in handheld device, and the other is a hardwired device that is attached to the wall below your fuse board.

We will terminate the existing account and set you up with a brand new one.

We’ll just need to you to provide us with some details about yourself and a reading from the ESB meter.

We’ll issue a welcome pack with new top up cards by post at no extra charge. Don’t worry; we can give you the unique card number to top up while you’re waiting on your cards to arrive.
