What You Need to Know
- We’ll contact you soon to tell you more about your upgrade and confirm when we’ve updated your meter software.
- Once we’ve updated your meter, log back into your app to access your exclusive SmartPay+ features.
- You’ll only see your true balance (refreshed every hour) in your app because your meter balance will be permanently set to €10.
- We’ll also send you a new customer card and account number. Please use this number or your registered mobile phone number when topping up in the shop.
- Your top-up history will not be carried forward to your new account. So we recommend taking a copy of the top-up history from your app now.
