How am I Charged?

You're charged this week, for the oil that you used last week. Our oil week runs from a Saturday to a Friday

We calculate how much oil you used for the previous Saturday to Friday, and we divide this amount by 7

This is the amount that your going to be charged every day for the coming week.

For example, lets say that you used €70 worth of oil from Saturday 1st to Friday 7th. This works out at €10 per day (€70/7)

From Saturday 8th to Friday 14th, you would be charged €10 per day from your meter. Your paying this week, for the oil that you used last week!
Weekly Email

Every Saturday morning, you'll get an email from hello@prepaypower.ie. The subject of the email will be "Your PrepayPower Oil Usage Information"

Reading the Email
You'll find 3 key pieces of information on your weekly oil billing email. How much oil you used the previous week, how much that oil will cost you in total and what your daily charge will be for the coming week.

Oil Cost: This is how much in total the oil you used cost for the previous week (Saturday-Friday)

Oil Used: This is how much oil in litres that you used during the previous week (Saturday-Friday)

Daily Charge: This shows you how much you're going to be charged every day for the coming week (Saturday-Friday). Remember, this charge is for the oil that you used in the previous week. The amount is taken from your meter at approximately 3pm every day.
