Winter Hardship Fund
PrepayPower has set up a Hardship Fund to help our customers in need during a time of high energy costs. Partnering with the Money Advice & Budgeting Service to target the fund at those most in need.
What is our hardship fund?
PrepayPower customers struggling with debt can contact the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABs). MABs can work with you, our customers to provide budgeting advice and help you take control of debt. MABs may also be able to arrange for Top Ups for our customers through our hardship fund.
Who are the Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABs)?
MABs is the Irish money advice service. They have been supporting people in Ireland with money advice, budgeting, and problem debt for 30 years. They are there for people struggling with debt and needing help and can provide impartial advice to help manage budgets and take control of debt. MABs offer support online, over the phone and face to face.
