Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Customer Experience Supervisor to join our Customer Experience Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role and Responsibilities
· Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team.
· Management of escalated team queries.
· Involvement in process improvement projects.
· Monthly reporting tasks across a range of areas to senior management.
· Evaluating team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and providing feedback.
Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed
· Minimum 2 years experience at supervisory level.
· Proven experience in service recovery.
· Excellent MS Suite skills.
· Experience working in the Utilities sector is advantageous.
· Experience in process improvement/lean six sigma advantageous.
