Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving daily inbound retention calls from customers
  • Dealing with warm leads responding to letters, emails and texts sent out by our admin team.
  • Suite of Retention tools available encourage customers to stay with PrepayPower
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to maintain performance and customer churn
  • Support with lead generation projects and retention strategy to enhance customer experience
  • Deliver a range of proactive and reactive customer service campaigns
  • Build customer relationships by deploying Internal CRM system
  • Support with mentoring and coaching for our Loyalty team
  • Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required

Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed 

  • Proven track record of achieving Retention or Sales Targets
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an inside sales and client Retention environment
  • Experience using CRM systems preferable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and relationship management skills
