We are looking for a target-driven Credit Controller to work with the growing Revenue Protection team. This role requires an individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative and develop procedures and processes as the business continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in phone-based credit control or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls to customers in relation to Revenue Protection activity
- Negotiation, set up, and monitoring of repayments plans on customer accounts
- Investigating and resolving Revenue Protection issues that arise on customer accounts.
- Coordination of technician site visits and comprehensive review & analysis of site visit reports
- Liaising with other departments and third parties in relation to Revenue Protection issues.
- Providing regular reporting to the Revenue Team Lead on all Revenue Protection tasks and activity.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years experience in a Credit Collection / Customer Service environment
- Graduates with technical / business competence will be considered.
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to deal with customers in a calm, tactful and professional manner.
- Proven ability to work to strict targets to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Experience in working with a CRM system is beneficial.
- Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office essential.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and creative problem-solving skills.
