Upcoming changes to topping up:

What changes are you making to online payments?

From January 1st 2021, a new European Union (EU) directive is coming into force called PSD2. This new directive is designed to make it easier and safer to use internet payment services for consumers across the EU. For PrepayPower customers, it means we are making some minor changes to how your payment card(s) are stored in your account, as we are making even further enhancements to our security measures to protect your personal data.
