Topping Up - Where and How?

Option 1: Online Top Up

PrepayPower’s new version of Online Top Up is our most convenient way to Top Up yet and just like our meters it gives you total control. You can now top up 24 hrs a day 365 days a year so you’ll always be covered. When you top up Online we’ll text and email you out your unique Powercode so it’s super convenient. Why not buy your next top up online:

Option 2: Voucher Top Up

You can purchase a Voucher Top Up in 1000's of stores nationwide just look out for stores displaying a PayPoint or Payzone sign. View our Map of Stores

When you first switch to PrepayPower, you would have received a plastic card which displays your account number. You will need this card to buy a Voucher Top Up. 


Option 3: Top Up by Phone

You can also top up over the phone by calling our dedicated top up line on 1890 987 739. Lines are open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday.


Entering My Power Code

When you've topped up you will usually receive a 20 digit Powercode. Just input this into your Keypad. Don’t worry if you enter it wrong, just press * to go back and try again

How do I check my credit was applied?

You will see either of the following 2 messages:


As well as a ‘happy’ tone, your top up amount will be displayed followed by the word ‘Account’ and the total credit in your meter.
