Urban 24 hour [MCC 01]

There are three types of charges applied, a variable unit cost, fixed daily charges and a levy. The electricity unit cost which is charged per kWh and is how the electricity is measured and is shown on your meter. We have a single daily charge of 76.3 cents. This single charge is designed to pay for your keypad and recover any additional costs such as Standing charge, the PSO Levy which is the Public Service Obligation set by the Commission for Energy Regulation.

24 Hour Urban Rate [MCC 01] 

Power Cost – per kWh :-	18.3 cents
Daily Standing Charge :-	32.8 cents
PSO :-	6 cents
Fixed Daily Charge :-	37.5 cents

All prices include 13.5% VAT.

Urban Nightsaver [MCC 02]

Nightsaver customers typically have a meter supplied by ESB Networks with two dials:

• One records the number of DAY units (kWh) you use.
• The other records your NIGHT units (kWh).

For PrePayPower customers the Nightsaver rate hours are 11pm to 8am.
